1/4 lb bacon pork or turkey
2 ox apple cider vinegar
1 small head red cabbage shredded & chopped
1/2 small onion, white or yellow chopped
3 tablespoons sugar or 1 1/2 tablespoons splenda
pinch of salt & pepper
Brown bacon and break it up into small pieces add the vinegar and
everything else this is done undercooked just enough to mix it thru.............serve it warm................you can add fresh parsley or whatever other herbs that you like. Goes well with any meat. Add mashed or baked potatoes and a hot or cold drink and fruit for dessert and you have a complete meal.
