1oz split peas
2 1/2 cup fresh milk
1 1/2 cup cocnut milk
1. Wash and boil split peas with half saucepan of water. Lower heat to simmer till peas are soft enough. Rinse and drain.
2. Mix cornflour with milk and coconut milk in saucepan.
3. Add in sugar and split peas to simmer.
4. Keep stirring the solution till thickened.
5. Pour into jelly mould and leave to cool.
6. Chill in refridgerator until set.
