Please send to me a list of cooking Meat Temperature as below:

1.Grilled Chiken- should be cook at what temperature? To make sure the chiken is not too  though when it cold.

2.Grilled Duck- should be cook at what temperature and how long? To make sure the chicken is not too through when it cold.

3.Grilled Beef- should be cook at what temperature and how long? To makr\e sure  it cook enough.?

4.Grilled Lamb- should be cooked at what temperature and how long? To make a sure it is not over cook?

5.Grilled Fish- should be cook at what temperature and how long? To make sure it cok enough?

Grilled Lamp- Should be cook  at what temperature and how long? To make a sure it isa not over cook , though.

The above list, we make it for the kitcken staff and set up staff to be more aware of cooking technique and undertand to reject to use the meeat in case it is over cook, though,...etc

Once you have done the list, we have made corrective action of my staff . Because they comment our chicken is though and hard.
