wash the pumpkin well first............carefully cut it in half...........take out the seeds..........wash them & roast them with a little sea salt & olive oil..........take out any strings...............bake the pumpkin on medium until it is cooked........on a tray.  Take it out and let it cool off.  Use an ice cream scoop to take out the cooked part.......You can measure how much you need for a batch and freeze it on a tray and then in several hours put them into a zip-lock bag and get all the air out.
