what substitute of flour can be used for self raising flour

I know that self rising flour contains baking powder.  I had recipe that called for 1 & 1/2 cups flour with 1 tsp baking powder. It turned out fine. hope that helps some.

3/4 flour all purpose, 1 teasp baking powder and 1/4 teasp salt.............
