How much wine yeast to use

Im making home made mulberry wine, all the recipes say to use wine yeast but don't say how much to use. Does it come in packets premeasured? is it by the teaspoon? Thanks so much.

By the packet, which is sufficient for a 5 gallon batch.  Use entire packet for any volume less than 5 gallon.

I looked a quite a few links about wine making..........this sounds like a packet good for 25 liters of wine..............one mentioned Bordeaux wine yeast and nutrients...............there's also something to clear the wine with.  There should be a place that sells this over the counter at a place that sells supplies for making beer & wine.  Also some are on line....but they seem to be in Ireland.  I think that it would be quicker to get it in your state.  Go on line and look up wine making supplies...........there is quite a list of them and also look in your local yellow pages.
