Add a whole peeled potato to the pot of noodles.  Remove before serving.  The potato will absorb all the salt.

The best way to get rid of salty taste in noodles, soup etc is to add sugar.

Increase the quantity without adding salt. Simple as that.

Sometimes putting a whole potato is the cure for making something too sour, it sucks up the sour taste, maybe it's work with the salt too.  For salt, Id put 3 whole potato, maybe a few whole carrots too.
