I make a lot of saurkraut in a crock.  I would like to know how to can it?

I have canned my homemade saurkeraut for years, but last year tried freezing it. It worked great! It still tastes like fresh kraut when thawed, and didn't get soggy, it stayed crunchy, I was amazed and will keep freezing it instead. Plus, it saves loads of time. If you still need to can it, there are two meathods,pressure canning or boiling water bath,are you familiar with canning techniques?
