Can I freeze fresh pumpkin with the sugar mixed in it?

I prepared fresh pumpkin to freeze and would like to add the sugar & cinnamon before I put it in the freezer. Is that ok?

The pumpkin needs to be baked first...........then you could measure out what you need for each unit to be frozen in freezer bags and then add sugar.  Some spices intensify when you freeze them, I would not put the spices in until you need to use it.

I traditionally mix all ingredients for pie, pour in shell and freeze, can then take out and bake (not in glass pan!) directly from freezer.  But to save space, and since sugar will keep without freezing, just freeze pumpkin and add all ingredients to blender and make quidk work of a pie as well.
