When I refridgerate the eggs for a few days I ruin the egg when peeling

Don't use fresh eggs................use your oldest eggs when boiling..........I put some salt & vinegar in the water and after they are boiled put them in icy water............gently crack and peel under water.

Put your eggs in boiler and bring to full boil.  Cover with lid and TURN OFF heat.  Let set for about 10 minutes.  Drain water from boiler and shake boiler with eggs in them cracking the shell....fill boiler up with COLD tap water, drain and shake eggs again in boiler.....add COLD water again.  Let set for a few minutes but make sure the shells are cracked really good.  Then peel away.  The water gets inbetween the shell and egg and come off really easy!
