If you mean single egg in sandwich.........................I like to toast the roll or bread, butter it.........a touch of butter in the pan.....cook the egg on low.........turn it over and take it out when that side is cooked but the yoke is still very liquid...............but that on your roll or bread and plate it and becareful it will drip.  Or if you don't want it to drip.........when you turn the egg over break the yoke and cook it until the yoke is done if you like cheese now is the time to add it.
