If you out it is a very low temprature and well sealed

BETTER is freezing brownies which have a lot of chololate and butter

there it is almost unnoticable that it was frozen

Also My daught, like to eat brownies only from the freezer

She says it is the  best

Will hold up only a short time.. just like bread......use heavy duty zip lock freezer bag and date it......if you leave it in too long the crust will crumble.

Yes, you can.  I wrap pies in foil and freeze.  Be sure it is well sealed so juices will not run out while baking.  Do not vent in top crust until ready to bake it.  Bake it right from freezer..  For rubarb pie vent and bake at 400 degrees  45-50 min.
