Which asian foods are contain much calcium to eat than others?

I am from Bangladesh. My body feels the deficiency of calcium, and due this i feel pain in my joint. So i want know about the asian foods those contains much calcium & those fill my deficiency.

Asian foods are often known for their lack of calcium.  You might consider some fortified foods such as soy milk. Other options might be:
