I have a dehydrater, but no instructions on how to use it. How can I dehydrate beets?

I have lots of beet/s. Do you have instructions on how to dehydrate them?

I just par cook them , peel them , slice 1/4" to 3/8" thick . then I lay them out in my dehydrator & I only have a " cheap" one & then I just dehydrate them until they are totally crispy. Then I store them in a mason jar with a band & seal. They are even a good snack in this way but you can reconstitute them with warm water. They are great dipped in flour & fried in butter for a real earthy farm tasting side dish or vegetable plate.

You might try looking that dehydrator's name up on the internet and downloading the information and copy it.  Good luck with your unit..........Happy Summer!!!

I just washed them good. Peeled them. Sliced them with a potato slicer on my grator. then dehydrated til crisp.
