What is the best way and how long can zucchini bread stay frozen?

it has flour in it so it going to last 2 to 3 months............after baking take it out to cool, slice it............put into heavy duty freezer bags, date mark & freeze.  That way you can take out what you want.  It might last a little longer if you have zero degree freezer.

OMG!  freezing zuc bread is an old family blessing!  1 way is to wrap each loaf in parchment paper and place in freezer bag - 2 loaves usually fit for me.  or... just throw each loaf into a freezer bag and freeze.  my brother used to pop one out of the freezer after school, cut into slices and toast in toaster until done - butter and BAM!  Now a days... you can defrost in the microwave or fridge - just as yummy as just fresh baked! Don't forget to date and ENJOY!
