This is very high in vitamin D

1 clove minced garlic, 1 1/2 teasp salt, 1-1 lb can tomatoes, 2-6 oz cans tomatoe paste, 10 or 12 oz lasagne noodles, 2 large eggs, 3 cups fresh ricotta or cream-syle cottage cheese, 1/2 grated italian cheese, 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, 1/2 pepper 1 lb mozarella grated 1 lb ground beef or pork sausage which ever you prefer

brown meat slowly, spoon off fat, add minced garlic salt 1lb can tomatoes, 2-6 oz cans tomatoe paste.  stir uncovered for about 30 minutes on low and keep stiring......

cook noodles in large amount of boiling salted water until tender, drain, rinse.

Beat eggs add rest of ingredients except mozzarella

layer the noodles in 13x9x2  baking dish spread half the ricotta mix and half mozzarella and half meat sauce.  add another layer of lasagne noodles and add the rest of the mix & cheese..........bake about 375 in metal tray for 30 minutes..........let it cool off before serving.  If you bake in glass try 325 for a little longer period.

If you don't like the meat you could add veggies...........if you don't make your own sauce use bottled sauce.
