What's the best way to freeze kale?

Freezing/Storing Kale:  My kale is going crazy in the garden and I don't want to waste it. Is there a good way to freeze it? Par-boil if first? Cook it in olive oil? Help!!! I would probably use it in soups, etc.

Remove all moisture, water droplets, etc. When 100% dry, use a Food Saver. Sucking out all the air is the best way to freeze most all foods. If you dont have a Food Saver type machine, you can simply pucker up your lips and start sucking. Oh God, that sounded really bad. So-Sorry :-o
