how to boil fresh cows milk

when i milk a cow how should i boil it and how would i know if is good or not?

in a stainless steel pot, heat the milk until it is hot, do not boil it will curdle.............heating it pasturizes it...........you will have to shake it to mix the cream in it.  Refrigerate it after it cools.
