I think that you should sit down & talk with your MD.   Sugar is not good for you.

Get off processed fats and start eating healthy fats. Take a omega 3 supplement Clean your liver out Detox...

Hi Sugar cravings can be a sign of a chromium deficiency. You can buy chromium tablets at the health food store and they really do cut the cravings. Licorice tea is good too. I f you leave it to steep it is quite sweet and takes away that I need something else feeling.

I would talk with your MD before taking any over the counter meds.
Use sugar substitute that has monk bean sweetener in it.  It can be found in some supermarkets or online at wheatfreemarket.com and it is so good.  It's the healthiest sugar substitute on the market.  No calories and no carbohydrates.  No aftertaste.
