the crust is cooked............... the filled part is cooked..................but the strawberries are raw in the baked pie with the cooked gellatin pour over to top and set up in fridge................

I don't think will freeze well.........you could try one piece & see why happens....the strwaberries might get mushy......defrost in fridge............eat while strawberries are still a little frozen  ( use a heavy duty freezer bag to put a piece in, get the air out freeze for a couple of days........keep the rest in the coldest part of the fridge.............

It might taste the same, but look different as I believe that the strawberries that are fresh will squash down.  I never saw that frozen in the store freezers.
