This is the way that I do it...............Use a small frying pan, just a tiny touch of butter, heat it on LOW.......when that melts put your egg in...........as soon as the white part sets up.....pour 1/2 cup cold water around the sides of the white part and put a lid on it...........it will cook fast.......check it...........when the top is firm & the yoke is soft........it is done..............I make the toast and then take the eggs out on put it on the toast.
