yes Low Sodium Salt
Low sodium and salt free are not the same..................
You can never avoid salt. For 1 kg of cooked food maintain 8/10/12/16 gms viz. Lo/medium/normal/high levels. Note sum total of all ingradients including water is weight of food. Beware to note diff between surface salting, table salting and salting throu the food and draining excess salt. 8 to10 gms should be ok for u. Take care. They say salt challeng "add everything else and now me you will know .
