As long as both are cooked, you could make up single servings and freeze.......then later defrost what you want and heat it up.

you can put in microwave w/little water cover & reheat,you will have to stir them
also reheat on stove top jus add little water & stir to your consstity
They will be okay frozen and use in 2 months
