Freezing peppers

You have to clean them real good....take out the membranes & seeds and cut or chop and put into freezer bag.  Or you could make up a meatloaf mix with cooked rice in it and cut them in half and stuff them.   Cook them in either tomatoe soup or tomatoe sauce................if you have electric.....bake them.........if you have gas cook them on the stove and let them cool..................bag & freeze into 2 or 4 servings.  We use that machine that takes the air out.....keeps them from freezer burning.

I clean them and cut them in sizes I will use and bag them and freeze .
