If this is for a ham or other meat, put honey in small microwave dish. Warm slightly in micro. Brush onto nearly done meat with basting brush. Retun to oven until glaze is runny. Dont burn it! If using grill, when meat is done, turn down or douse fire , brush over meat, heat just a few minutes til. Glazed. Serve warmed honey on side if desired. Maple syrup works beautifully too. As does any flavor jelly or jam that has been melted before brushing on.
