That depends on what you like to eat and wht is available in your area. Use fresh veggies, meat with no or very little fat. Plan your meals once a week, check pantry and shop accordingly so you have all ingredients on hand. Plan two to three meatless meals per week, and try to eat some kind of fish onve or twice. Do not bread or fry or deep fry anything. A good cookbook we love is "Low Carb Meals in 30 minutes or less" - thete are two of these and they give menus for all 3 meals, plus shopping lists. The recipes generally are for 2servings, but can be doubled easily. Ee have tried them all, and have found nothing we did not like.

Actually, it depends on whatever meal you like to prepare and what is availble at present. Include more vegetables and fish or meat but make sure to trim all fats before cooking. Do not cook with intense heat and remember when shopping, get fresh veggies and protein foods and use within a week.
