Depends on heat. Not too high like for red meat. I would put in foil with very tiny bit of olive oil brushedon and a lemon slice plus an herb like a rosemary sprig, green onion or parsely. About 15 minutes per inch of thickness at thickest part. Open foil and check center for flakiness with a fork or knife tip.

I clean them & gut them, rinse them good, keep the head & tail on, I don't even scale them put them onto big enough foil with butter lemon juice, parsley, salt & pepper fold it up and seal each one and grill it about 5 to 10 minutes on the grill depending on size. Turn it once.  When you open it cut it length ways along the bone and let them lay down and then use your fork and gently pull the cooked fish away from the bone.  If you like different spices.........do it that way.........like white wine with the lemon.........like rosemary or other spices...........Happy Summer.
