how do I make avacado pickle?

Indian restaurant serves Avacado pickle/ chutney, I would like a recipe

To pickle Avocado's , once you've got those perfect avacado's slightly ripe , yet still firm .

Heat some White vinegar , water and salt in a  sauce pan until boiling .

Then take cut up chunks of Avocado's without the skins and put them into a quart jar.

Cover them with the liquid and screw the lid on

Let them cool before putting them in the fridge .

1 cup of white vinegar

1 cup of water

1 tablespoon of Kosher salt

Let them marinate for  a couple of days befroe using .
