i froze my left over cooked roast beef. How do i reheat it

can i reheat in a slow cooker or do i put it back in the oven.

I would do the slow cooker with some gravy.  Next time you make this cut the meat down into slices with gravy and put in serving sized packages and vac pac or use heavy duty freezer bags and get the air out, mark date & freeze.  Then you can take out what you need per person & defrost them in the fridge.
