How much sugar do you add to the nutmeg sugar?

I sent in about the Nutmeg because my daughter is allergic to cinnamon. You replied to start with 1/8 tsp but how much sugar to the Nutmeg to make a Nutmeg sugar?

Also, when I substitute Nutmeg in a recipe, how much do I put in to replace the cinnamon?
