how to make nutmeg sugar, my daughter is allergic to cinnamon.

My daughter is allergic to cinnamon so I thought we would try to make nutmeg instead in our recipes. How should I start. I wantes to start by making a nutmeg sugar first, for toast. can you give me the ratios, like 1/2 cup sugar to 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg? or more sugar?

I was thinking about this.  How do you know that she is not allergic to nutmeg..........they both come from a tree!  What about using lemon, orange or vanilla instead.  Is she allergic to nuts???
