How do you make chicken tarasca? It has poblano peppers, mushrooms, onion and a creamy cilantro sauce

La playa makes a chicken tarasca it's a fajita dish.  I really want to learn how to make it.  It has mushrooms, onion and poblano peppers cooked in a white creamy cilantro sauce.  Any idea how to make it?

I absolutely love La Playa's trascas (I'm a beef guy though.  Here is what I do--it is pretty close--any suggestions for improvement are welcomed.

I'm not giving any measurement data because I alway go by how many I am feeding, and I really don't know what I am doing!

Melt some butter.  Add some good olive oil.  Sweat out some nice mushrooms.

Add a healthy batch of fresh chopped cilantro.  Add a splash of lemon juice, and then enough half & half to get you where you want to go.

Reduce this concoction carefully--you don't want to hard boil it, but it will thicken nicely if you are patient and careful.

I have never tried it with poblano pepper,  I guess I'd better head out to the store.

Oops!!! I forgot--you need a nice shot of sour cream to make this work,  no poblano at the market--maybe next week.
