when you ve cooked your veggies and put them into cold water to stop cooking , how do you then re heat to serve?

Drain and reheat with a touch of butter in fryng pan on low..........or nuke them on reheat maybe 1 or 2 minutes covered with a plate that is safe in the microwave.
