how and how long can you freeze quince paste

im wanting to cook quince paste for the first time and then store it.  How can will it last in the fridge and can I freeze it?

You also could can them and do awater bathand keep them in a cool dry dark area.  As long as they cooked you might try freezing them in ice cue tray and then take them out when frozen and put them into a heavy duty freezer bag,get all the air out, date make and keep them as long as you would applesauce.  It sure also hold up in you fidge in small canning jars.  Theyave some real small canning jars and they would be used up in a week or so.
