How do you fix an under boiled egg ?

I boiled 6 eggs last night in prep for macaroni salad today.  But when I broke an egg it was slimmy, the whites were barely set up.  After being refrigerated over night can they be recooked in a bowl of water in the microwave ?

This is what I did and they look fine but I'm leery to use them now.

Eggs can burst in the microwave...........I would start over..........if you are making hard boiled eggs................start with a stainless steel pot.............salt and 1/4 cup vinegar.....put eggs into it with cold water....add only more cold water to cover......................put the lid on..............bring to a rolling boil........turn off heat let it sit right on the hot spot for 20 minutes with the lid on...............

This is pretty much what I did, less the lid.  First time this has ever happed to me.  I tossed them and am starting over.  These, I boiled them for 5 mins, took them off the heat and now they're just sitting in the water.  When it's cool enough to put your hands in, they should be done.  I've done it this way for a few years now to help keep away that black oxidation (?) on the yolk and it works pretty good.  So for them to come out like they did the last time, I don't know.   At least now I know I'm not the only one doing it this way.  Thanks.
PS: I did re-boil them in water bowl in the micro and they didn't burst but I still didn't trust them.  Finally threw out without even checking them. 8-(
The trick is the lid.....it keeps the heat in................and after it comes to a rolling boil, I don't take the lid off........just turn the heat off and let it sitright there on that spot  for 20 minutes...25 minutes.............later after I made something else.......I will come back to that.
