how to make red sauce for pasta??

Ingredients you can use:

You will need 1 or 2 cans of canned plum or italian tomatoes,  an equal amount of canned pureed tomatoes; chop the vegetables you will need--1 or 2 cloves of garlic, 1 or 2 yellow onions, finally, 2-3 tbl. of olive oil, and spices such as oregano, basil, thyme and/or italian seasoning (at least a pinch/2 tsp. each), and salt and pepper to taste.  If you want to add meat such as hamburger and sausage, you will need at least 1 pound of each.   If you like parmesian and romano cheese you will want this too, to your taste.   This sauce gets better the next day too, so it is nice to double the recipe.

How to cook:

First, cook the meat in a large skillet very briefly with a little apple cider vinegar on the bottom on high heat just until browned and then a low heat until almost cooked, maybe 3-4 minutes to cook.  Turn off heat.  This makes a delicious contrast with cheese.  Put the cover on, and put aside.  It will finish cooking in the sauce.

In another skillet, add some onions and garlic and saute in olive oil to coat the bottom on medium heat.  Stir and cook until vegetables are translucent.   This can be put into a larger pot, to accomadate tomatoes and meat.  Turn heat on low and simmer until it cooks down.   Add  a little water, maybe 1/2 cup as needed to allow it to simmer for a good hour or 2.  Add seasonings and taste.  Optional:  add cheese at the end.

500 gr. Red  RipeTomatoes,01 big clove Garlic,Small piece of Ginger,100 gr. Sugar, 02 tea spoon full Red Chillie Powder,Salt to taste,50 ml. Viniger,01 tea spoon full Corn Flour,Little MSG(Optional)

Put Tomatoes,garlic & ginger in to a blender and blend till you get a well blended paste.Put viniger,sugar and chillie powder in to a glass,clay or ceramic pan and keep in low heat. When bubbles appear in the mixer put the tomato paste and stir. Dissolve corn flour in 100 ml water and add to the mixer. add liittle salt and MSG. Please note that do not cook this sauce in metal,aluminium or copper pans, because those pans might create reaction for viniger & make food poisoning.
