yes you can..............I would wear plastic throw away gloves for this...........after you wash & dry on paper towel, you can cut them or chop them......if you don't want the seeds take them out............put them in a zip loc bag and get out the air date & mark & freeze...........don't touch your face with those gloves and try to take them off carefully over the trash can and super wash your hands.  they are good but they will burn your skin or eyes.
