I would call the company and see if you can use this to smoke with.  There are some things on the web about smoking meat. The one link was calling this a rub.........I am not sure.  So a call to them is needed.

If you are smoking a turkey in a smoker .You do not need anything else as far as smoke flavoring . The snoker will give the turkey smoke flavoring . Whatever you like for flavor just rub it on and inside the turkey . I myself , have smoked a lot of turkeys . I rub the whole bird down with Kosher salt .Inside and outside . I put it into my Bradely Electric Smoker without no smoke at 200 degrees until I get it almost done .If the bird has a pop up timer on it ,it is a great way to tell if its done .Then I add a Apple wood disc to the automatic feed and it takes 15 minutes for it to burn completely . This puts smoke flavoring all over and into the bird . Anymore then this makes the smoke flavoring too strong . Of course you can do what ever you want .
