buy about 500grm or 1/2 pound pork sausage. stuff inside the heart and sew up openings. place in pot on low heat, add a little oil fry gently turn over fry again add water about 1 cup at a time plus about 1 desserspoon Worcheshire sauce, when water boils off fry a little again add water, keep going until soft. when ready slice across so that you have rings with sauage in middle. serve with what ever you feel like.
slice up 3-4- onions place in bottom of cooker slice heart up place on top add. a little oil. cook slowly add water when needed, add salt pepper, 4 crushed cloves, plus +- 1teaspoon crushed coriander. 2 gloves of garlic. cook until soft. thicken gravy serve with mash potaton. or rice and veggies
