how can I make homemade grits ?

I cannot find a store in Ontario, Canada that sells grits...How can I make my own?

Do you have Walmart there.  They sell it here in USA..........should be near the cornmeal....there is a link on link.............try to go on the interest and check out.............how to make your own grits from corn.........you have to let corn dry out completely and it has to go thru many grinding & sieves to get your desired grits..........it is a lot of work.  You also might find it at a health food store or a on-line shopping place.  I do like them with grated cheese and a little melted butter.
