i have pork stew meat and minute rice, does anyone have ideas for picky eaters?

Take any fat off.....cut the pork into cubes......in the meantime....if they like onions, green peppers.....chop them fine....and brown them on very low with a lid.in a little bit of olive oil........when that is cooked....put this into a bowl....now add the pork and brown it....when that is browned and smells good....all the onion, green peppers back and add a jar of spaghetti sauce.....a little wine or water to keep it from sticking...............cook the instant rice.......................set it aside.......check the pork to see if it is tender.........when serving put the rice on the plate and the pork mix on the top......if they like parsley chop some fresh and sprinkle on the top.......on each one to their likeness ...if the don't like green or red peppers.  If you want to hide the veggies......use a blender and about 1/2 cup or so of water and drain after blending................
