How do you take off the skin of almonds.

Boil enough water to cover the almonds, turn off the heat.  Drop the almonds into the water and then wait for 10-15 mins. Throw the water away and then you should be able peel the skins off or 'pop' the almonds out of their skins!

I think that you can look on the net, there's several different ways to blanche almonds............you don't want the almond to get soft.....................look at................how to blanch almonds................
