can you cook a turkey, freeze it and reheat and it taste like it was just cooked?

I have heard you can cook a turkey, stuffing, and gravy - then freeze it (approx a week before a holiday) then reheat it and it tastes like it was just cooked?  Do you now the procedure?

Stuffing the turkey methods have changed in the last several years.  We don't stuff them any more because of bacteria build up.  You can cook and freeze a turkey but always defrost it in the refrigerator.  It is not going to taste the same as baking it fresh.
