what temperture should you keep cooked foods at for safe serving?

after I have cooked foods and I am waiting to serve, what should the temperture be to assure no bacteria starts to grow causing food poisoning.

You should keep food hot until ready to serve and after a meal promptly refrigerate the food to prevent bacteria growth.  You can't tell when something is going bad, it always does not taste or smell funny.
