Is it ok to freeze stuffing for 3 weeks?

I have left over cornbread stuffing. It contains butter, giblets, herbs spices, peppers and onions. I would like to save some for Christmas. Is it ok to freeze it?

As long as that is fully cooked, you can freeze it in a vac pac........if you don't have that machine you could use a heavy duty freezer bag and get all the air out and freeze it.  It will last like bread 2 months.

This is the best and most complete answer I received. BTW, I ended up giving away some and eating the rest, so no need to freeze. It was that good. But I will remember for next time.

Thank you.
You are welcome.  I hate to waste food.  I try to freeze everything that can be frozen.  I am sure whoever you gave it to loved it.  If you don't have a vac pac, maybe that is what you need to buy. Sam's club has it for around $99.00......does a great job getting the air out and the frozen food stays fresher longer because the bags are heavy duty.  It comes with 2 different size bags.
