set the oven at 325...............put stuffed turkey in the pan..........push a heel (end) of bread in the cavity to keep the stuffing in.....push it in on all sides.........you can use string to hold the legs together.....white baking string.........and turn the turkey breast side down to keep all the juices in during the cooking of the breast and then half way thru be very careful....turn it over.............stuffed bake 3 3/4 to 4 1/2 until the joints in the leg are run clear....juice...............not red or pink............you might need to cover the breast with foil it is starts to get too brown.  Good luck with your first turkey.  When you take the turkey out be careful it is going to be very hot...............Let it sit for 20 minutes before you slice it.  Cut one leg off.......then start on slicing the breast meat down.  While you are waiting the 20 minutes you can make the gravy from the juices in the pan....I just take the pan out of the oven and add 1 cup of water and stir all the cooked parts into the water....you might need just a little salt........carefully taste it...it might need more water..................then keep stiring and getting all the bits & pieces off the sides & bottom.........If you want Au jus gravy.............then strain and use it............if you want it thickened.....use 1 cup water & 2 tablespoons of flour or cornstarch and shake it in a container and add a little and keep stirring......add some more and let it thicken to your desired thickness......I like cornstarch better than flour.................easier to work with and less of a flour taste.
