I use a lot of minced white onions and finely chopped celery sauted in butter............if you like marjoram.....add a pinch and also parsley......................then whatever liquid......I use chicken or turkey broth..............then add the bread cubes.  I stopped using the poultry seasoning when I started using the seasoned bread crumbs................but taste it before you add any more spices................I don't measure....but about 1 or 2 cups of each depending how much stuffing you are making.

the  best  dressing is this one  and has been a favorite in our family for generations and oh so quick and easy to make.

                                                   1 tin sweetened condense milk

                                                   1 1/2    tspns    dry mustard

                                                  3/4 cup   malt vinegar

put all in container with lid  and mix thougherly with spoon, taste if you would  like  it it a bit more tart add more vinegar until to your liking. Enjoy .

I think that they are asking about stuffing(dressing) not like the sauce above, what do you use this dressing on......a salad or vegetable?
