how to cook a turkey upside down?

I have heard that cooking turkey upside down makes the breast more juicy.  I would like to try this.  I have a fresh turkey ordered  to pick up two days before the big day

A friend of mine taught me that cooking a turkey upside down keeps the white meat super juicey.  You just follow the same cooking method that you usually would.  In other words, if you stuff your turkey, go ahead and stuff it.  Season as per usual and then roast it.  The only thing is the turkey is kind of ugly when you take it out.  You don't have that golden brown skin.  But most people don't carve it at the table anyway and so no one would be the wiser. If you let it sit for about 15 minutes before you take it to the table.....there is a trick of using If you have GRAVY MASTER available at the grocery stores and get out your pastry brush and brush the breast, the crispy skin will look better.  It's going to be carved soon, but just incase pictures are taken.
