Mustards have been used for years to flavor different kinds of meat.  I prefer Guldens and I wait for a .99 cent sale and I buy 12 enough for 1 year.  I keep them in a cool dry place and once it is opened it is refrigerated.  We also dip pretzels in it.  There is a recipe on this link for tiny hotdogs in a little bun, we dip that in Guldens.  Great for New Years Eve party.
