is there any benefit to cooking a turkey upside down?

Hoping that breasts will not dry out as much, but concerned that the turkey won't brown properly.

When you cook it breast side down....it keeps all the juices in the breast..............when you cook it breast side up all the juices run out and or in the legs.  I have done this turkey down and that is what the chefs are doing.....the turkey is very moist.  A brown turkey looks nice but that is only the skin which you cut off anyway.

About 3/4 way thru in cooking it down you can turn it up if the breast startes to get too dark you can cover it.
